It’s hard to believe, but it’s been almost 10 years since anyone drove from Mount Pleasant to Charleston on the Grace Memorial Bridge. To commemorate the occasion, For this week’s throwback Thursday, SCDOT video producer Drew Stewart dug up some video of the bridge that is now, “gone with the wind.”
