Washington, DC: $8.3 Billion Vision for Union Station

In this Transportation TV News Update see for yourself what an $8.3 billion renovation of the massive Union Station complex in Washington D.C. would look like. Real Estate developer Akridge held a joint news conference with Amtrak and other organizations recently to unveil a spectacular new vision for the historic property. See the artist renderings which include a 500 room hotel and a half-mile linear park or “greenway” which will provide a pedestrian walking path and bike lane for commuters. – aashtovideo on YouTube
