Older adults and people with disabilities require access to transportation for a variety of daily tasks and activities, from medical appointments to social events. However, information about their needs and preferences is sparse. To fill this gap, the National Aging and Disability Transportation Center (NADTC) partnered with KRC Research to conduct a national needs assessment study.
