Next Week is Already INFRASTRUCTURE WEEK – May 14-21, 2018

Posted by Content Coordinator on Wednesday, May 9th, 2018

The future won’t wait. Neither can we. It’s #TimeToBuild.

Infrastructure Week 2018’s theme is all about advancing infrastructure solutions now.

Each year during IWeek, leaders and citizens around America highlight the state of our nation’s infrastructure – roads, bridges, rail, ports, airports, water and sewer systems, the energy grid, telecoms, and more – and the projects, technologies, and policies necessary to make America competitive, prosperous, and safe.

Businesses, non-profits, municipalities and individuals participate in IWeek in a variety of ways, from hosting events to publishing stories about infrastructure needs, challenges and successes. Find a list of scheduled events here: http://infrastructureweek.org/calendar/

During the lead-up to the kick-off events, you can stay in the loop by following the Infrastructure Week Blog, featuring podcasts and guest posts from prominent infra influencers.

IWeek also provides a full range of social media shareables to help boost the digital profile of the week’s events. With just a few clicks, you can help spread the word through your own social networks, whether or not you’ll be able to participate in any events.

Dear Friends,

It is encouraging to finally see clear signs of federal action to support a comprehensive US infrastructure investment plan.

Now more than ever, our advocacy is needed to keep stakeholders informed and connected, and to hold politicians to their promises to finally fix our nation’s ailing infrastructure.

We have already engaged nearly 280,000 users, and hoping to add many more as interest continues to grow.

We require your support in order to rise to this occasion, to make the most of this opportunity. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to InfrastructureUSA.org.
