Here at infrastructureusa.org, national figures have participated in exclusive online conversations on The Infra Blog. Infra Views showcases content from leading think tanks and policy organizations. Users have documented their local infrastructure at Show Us Your Infra! and participated in Infra Polls.
Now, we are initiating a new feature that is designed to encourage students to participate in this dialogue. At Show Us Your Infra! students are able to post still photographs or short videos, with information about the subject. Starting in 2012, we will select 2 student postings to feature on the website, with a prize of $ 50 to each student winner. The postings can either be a remarkable example of American infrastructure in a community — a bridge, roadway, school building, viaduct, public park etc – or an infrastructure deficiency that the student wishes to be addressed.
Deadline: June 30th, 2012
Submission guidelines: Upload your photographs or short videos, with a description of the content to Show Us Your Infra! Make sure to include “Contest” in the post subject (i.e. Contest: ‘Insert Your Title Here’)
Prize: $50 per student winner
