Hennepin County’s Lowry Avenue Bridge over the Mississippi River in Minneapolis, Minnesota, will open in the Fall of 2012. Shot over two days in October 2011, this time lapse video is composed of 11,000+ photos. The precast edge girders were built on site, moved by barge, and lifted into place.
