Fast Forward: The Plan to Modernize New York City Transit

Andy Byford, President of the New York City Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) expresses his admiration for the Big Apple’s extensive transit system. He promises that, along with 50,000 employees, the MTA will transform the subway, reimagine the bus network, accelerate accessibility and engage and empower employees to provide outstanding customer service.
