The following survey results reflect the observation of nearly 1,200 construction contractors of all types on the impact traffic and congestion have on their business.

1. What impact does traffic congestion and shipping unreliability have on your business in terms of employee schedules, delivery schedules and time spent in traffic versus on job sites?

2. As a percentage, how much is your total cost of doing business increased by delays, lost productivity, wasted fuel and other impacts caused by traffic congestion where you operate?
