A Generational Opportunity

As we mark Labor Day 2009, it is a most appropriate time to also begin a major examination (and discussion) of the job development opportunities that are possible with a major national commitment to infrastructure repair. Job training programs, worker education initiatives and so much more, coupled with suitable funding, offers perhaps a generational opportunity.  PolicyLink, a “national research and action institute” wants to make sure we take advantage of the situation.
